Our Story
Tracy and Josh began investing in Real Estate in 2016 North of Boston. They found they enjoyed being landlords and investors. Tracy had grown up going to North Beach in Hampton, NH. In 2018 an opportunity to buy a house in the same neighborhood as Tracy’s family came up, and they jumped on it. They were scared and overwhelmed to tackle a renovation project at first, but with some help from family and a trusty contractor it turned out better than they imagined. They found that they enjoyed designing a home built specifically for hosting, and being able to share such a great beach location. They also found they really enjoyed being hosts!
Seawall properties was formed in 2022 to expand and grow our mission.
Who we Are
Tracy and Josh were married in 2020, and live in Malden, Ma with their 10 year old rescue dog, Duffy. They enjoy spending time with family in Hampton, traveling, and staying active through tennis and golf.
